Looking to rent a 'pet friendly' single home, duplex, townhouse or
mini in the Beaverbank/Sackville/Bedford area.
Mother of 2 girls (9 & 18) only youngest daughter resides with me...
Needing to urgently rent by Sept. 1st.
What I would like:
-Price range $650-$950 (prefer some utilities incl.)
-3 bdrms OR 2 bdrms + den or storage space
-fridge & stove with laundry hook up
-prefer fenced in yard
-parking ~ 1+ vehicle(s)
What I can offer:
-good credit
-respect of your home
-moderately quiet family
-well behaved & fixed pets (1 lab & 1 indoor cat)
-previous, well maintained, home owner
